Formed in 1978, Integrated Recycling Systems (IRS) has progressively developed a range of high technology equipment to advance recycling techniques and improve material recovery efficiency to meet the needs of the Recycling Industry. Master Magnets Ltd acquired IRS Ltd in 2003 to enhance our existing product range, making us the UK’s largest manufacturer of recycling equipment. As world resources shrink, the policy at IRS is to continually develop new technology to meet the challenge of the new millennium. To solve the rapidly changing and increasingly demanding requirements for recycling resources. IRS is a market leader meeting its objectives through supplying technically innovative equipment, customers will profit through technology.

RECYCLING SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY
Integrated Recycling Systems has developed a series of "tools" for the size reduction and sortation of waste and scrap which, when used in combination, permit the economic processing and recovery of re-useable material prior to disposal of the residues.Integrated Recycling Systems specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of complete plants to meet specified customer requirements and can if required provide complete "Turn Key" management of new plants. In all recycling operations the two principal needs are size reduction and sortation.

Size Reduction - To reduce the size of the waste or scrap to permit either economic relocation through increased density or viable re-processing, and to subsequent separation of individual material types from each other.
  • Mono-Shear Shredder
  • Can Flatteners

Sortation - To sort the different types of materials into discrete types for subsequent processing.
  • Magnetic Separators
  • Eddy Current Separators
  • Plastics Separation
  • Density Separators
  • Stainless Steel Separators
  • Screens
