With the Recycling and Waste Management show coinciding with the IFAT exhibition in Germany this year, RWM could have been a much quieter show than usual, due to the potential decrease in European attendance.
| The outcome however seemed to be much the opposite for Master Magnets as the amount of enquiries that were received over the three days was comparable to some of our most successful years exhibiting at the show. The Master Magnets’ sales team have been working through all of the great enquiries that we received from the show over the last week and have already received orders for two Overband Magnets, a Rare Earth Pulley and a Bullet Magnet. These sales are also in addition to the three handheld magnetic sweepers that were sold directly from the stand. Once again, the ECS Can Separation System that we were demonstrating on our stand caught the attention of a lot of potential customers, many of whom requested a site visit from one of our sales engineers to help them determine the best way to implement a similar unit into their process. | When a sales representative from the show organisers informed us that 60% of the stand space for RWM 2011 was already accounted for before the close of the second day, we had no hesitation in ensuring Master Magnets’ presence at next years show. |
